Price Guide for Trooli Broadband

The Price Guide forms part of your Agreement with Trooli and sets out Trooli’s current pricing information in four sections:

  • The monthly tariff and one-off activation fee (if applicable).
  • Other charges such as early termination charges, engineer visits, and non-standard installation charges; and optional services and features that can be added to your package.

Please note that for Residential Broadband Services VAT is included in the charges if required and is applied at the UK standard rate in force unless otherwise stated. For Business Broadband Services the charges exclude VAT.

1. Monthly Tariff And Activation Fee

  • Your monthly tariff and activation fee at the time your Agreement commenced is set out in your Service Confirmation.
  • At the end of your contract term, if you take no action and opt not to recontract with us, the amount you pay for your service will change to a rolling monthly contract price, at our standard ‘Out of Contract’ prices, which can be viewed below
  • The monthly tariff applies for the entire duration of the Minimum Term you have agreed to stay with us. After this period, it may revert to the current rate set out in this Price Guide.
  • The monthly tariff may include Offer Terms for a defined period where applicable, which are also set out in your Service Confirmation.
  • The monthly tariff is billed for the month ahead unless we say otherwise, and the activation fee is added to your first bill, if applicable.

1.1 Trooli Home Broadband Services

  • Current pricing can be found here: Packages
  • Services are supplied using Fibre to the Premises (FTTP).
  • All contract lengths are 24 months unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders include our Modem and Router, as standard, with free delivery.
  • If your Agreement also includes any Wi-Fi Plus Signal Boosters, then these will be included also.

  • 150Mbps Residential: £29.99 per month

1.2 Trooli Business Services

  • Current pricing can be found here: Business Packages
  • Services are supplied using Fibre to the Premises (FTTP).
  • All contract lengths are 18 months unless otherwise stated.
  • Order includes a Modem and Router and one fixed IP Address, with free delivery.
  • If your Agreement also includes any Wi-Fi Plus Signal Boosters, then these will be included also.

In-Contract Pricing for new customers (non-promotion)

  • 300Mbps Business: £50 + VAT per month
  • 500Mbps Business: £65 + VAT per month
  • 900Mbps Business: £90 + VAT per month

Out of Contract Pricing

  • 300Mbps Business: £65 + VAT per month
  • 500Mbps Business: £75 + VAT per month
  • 900Mbps Business: £100 + VAT per month

1.3 Other Charges

FTTP Internal Installation: Trooli Approved Installation Option

Your Internal Installation will be carried out by one of our own Trooli installation teams and a standard installation will include up to 5m of internal cabling to connect our broadband.

  • Internal installation fee (Residential): £120
  • Internal installation fee (Business): £100 + VAT
  • Additional cabling work (Residential): £6 per metre
  • Additional cabling work (Business): £5 + VAT per metre

 W-Fi Plus Signal Booster Add-On:

  • Residential Service: £4 per month, per unit
  • Business Service: £5 per month, per unit

Business Service Options

  • 5 fixed IP addresses: £15 + VAT per month
  • Bridging: £25 + VAT per month

2. Billing

  • Bill payment handling charges (Direct Debit): Free
  • Direct Debit reinstatement charge (If Direct Debit instructions are cancelled or fail, we may add a reinstatement charge to your next bill): £5
  • Late payment interest charges (If you pay late we may charge interest): 4% above the base rate of HSBC each year
  • Late payment administration charge (If we do not receive payment by the notified date on your reminder letter we will add an administration charge): £7.50

3. Service Suspension Or Termination

  • Early Termination Charge (Termination of your Service before the end of your Minimum Term – variable fee calculated based on the number of months remaining in the Minimum Term): 100% of the monthly tariff + call plan + additional Services per month remaining
  • Service restriction fee (If we have to suspend your Service a line restriction fee is charged): £5

4. Service & Maintenance Charges

Engineer visits are free of charge if a fault is found to lie within the Trooli network. You will be charged for the engineer visit if the fault lies on the customer side of the network.

  • Missed engineer appointment: £84
  • Late cancellation of order (Any time or day after 12pm (noon) two working days before your scheduled visit): £48
  • Engineer visit – first hour (Fault within Customer premises – first hour charge): £108
  • Engineer visit – hourly charge (Fault within Customer premises – hourly charge, or part thereof): £48
  • Replacement Trooli Broadband Router (If replacement Residential/Business Equipment is required after the warranty has expired)
    • Technicolor: £125
    • Billion (Legacy): £280
  • Replacement Trooli FTTP Modem (If replacement Optical Network Termination (ONT) Modem Equipment is required after the warranty has expired): £250
  • Failure to return Trooli Equipment (For cancelled orders)
    • Technicolor Router (Residential and Business): £125
    • Billion Router: £280
    • ONT Modem: £250
  • Trooli Equipment returned in a damaged state (Other than fair wear-and-tear): £60
  • Trooli Equipment Postage & Packaging (Trooli reserves the right to charge this once equipment has been delivered, as part of the first customer monthly bill): £9.95
