  • We guarantee to deliver speeds to your Trooli router within a 10% tolerance.
  • If you have an Apple MacBook/Apple Mac, and are using an ethernet cable, please be aware the adapters used can cap the speeds to below 100Mbps.
Now run the speed test:
  • If your results are not within 10% of your guaranteed speed, then please check out our basic and advanced checks by clicking on ‘I still have a problem’, and then run the speed test again.
  • If the results are within the 10% of your guaranteed speed, then please move on to wireless checks.
