WIRELESS CHECKS

As you have proven your broadband line is stable, your issue is most likely to do with wireless interference. Try the following:

  • Disconnect your laptop so you are no longer hardwired. Move / switch off any devices near the router such as printers, boosters, baby monitors. Now check your Wi-Fi / wireless connection.
  • If you have a mesh system, press the Wi-Fi button on your router to disable its Wi-Fi signal. This will allow the Wi-Fi from your mesh system to perform without interruption.
  • Log on to your router and change your wireless channel using the ‘How to log on and change your wireless channel guide.’
